By telephone, WhatsApp or video call you explain what you want to buy or sell, and we tell you which documents we need.

We check the property

We review its situation with the Land Registry, the Spanish Cadastre and the Town Hall, and explain the outcome to you clearly.

We prepare the contracts

We draft or review the deposit contract and the purchase agreement, and negotiate the terms that protect your interests.

Signing and registration

We go with you to the notary, or sign on your behalf under a power of attorney, and register the transaction with the Land Registry.
